We just wanted to thank you for all your help in making our transition from house to apartment as painless as possible. We first contacted you on June 24th. You came out to the house the following day, made us an offer and explained to us exactly what to expect. Everything went as you had described it. We couldn't be more pleased with the process and consider it a positive experence. That we were able to go to settlement on July 23rd, less that one month following our initial contact, is extraordinary (you should check the Guiness Book--you may qualify for a world record!)

I owned a rental property in Westminster, MD that was virtuously destroyed by problem tenants. The house had broken windows, ripped up carpet, holes in the walls, termites and reeked of dog and cat urine. The house needed a total renovation.

In 1996 when Miss Bauer agreed to hold the mortgage on your Reisterstown property that you bought from her, she was a little hesitant. Most of her investments consisted of CD's. However, it didn't take her long to realize that dealing with you was a good decision. It pleases her that she never had to wait for the monthly payment...it was in her hand before the due date.
Of course when my husband and I took over the mortgage, your reputation had proceeded you and we had no concerns about continuing in the original agreement or extending the original agreement by another two years.
